Building Block Foundation Fund White Party Raises $150,000 for Charity

Hundreds of commercial real estate professionals celebrated in style under the stars at the Building Block Foundation Fund White Party, held September 15, at the Noguchi Gardens in Costa Mesa.

The event featured lots of networking and live music by popular Orange County-based band Tijuana Dogs, all to raise money for the non-profit’s charity partners.

Thanks to the support of White Party Title Sponsor The Bascom Group, and many others, the event raised $150,000 for charity.

Building Block Foundation Fund is a non-profit organization that brings together the commercial real estate industry to support organizations focused on improving the lives of at-risk youth. Charity partners include: Project Access, Boys Hope Girls Hope, Everfree, Joyful Child Foundation, Kidworks, Orangewood Children’s Foundation, and Hope Builders.

“We are thankful to the firms and individuals who came out to enjoy the event and provide much needed funds to local organizations that are making a difference in our county and beyond. While it’s great to celebrate together, it means even more to see the commercial real estate community give back in such a meaningful way,” said James Wall, senior associate, Rockefeller Group and 2022 White Party chair.
