Board of Governors

The Board of Governors is responsible for carrying out the work of the foundation. The board and its members are responsible for strategic planning, community outreach, fundraising, event planning, recruiting, membership development and community outreach. The board identifies new youth support organizations, designs customized participation programs and monitors the operations of the fund.

Jeff Randolph

Chairman Emeritus and Taller San Jose Board Member

Jeff co-founded Building Block Foundation Fund and has led the organization since its inception. He continues to support the current chairman, the Board of Governors and the Advisory Board. Jeff is a Principal, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for Affinity Investment Advisors. As one of the firm's founders, Jeff has a long history with the Affinity team, having negotiated the transaction to sell Affinity to Morgan Stanley as well as the recent buy back from INVESCO. All told Jeff has over 24 years of investment experience including real estate expertise. His previous work experience includes Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Van Kampen, Principal at Avalon Financial Group Inc., Chief Financial Officer for Bonutto-Hofer Investments and Vice President at Security Pacific National Bank. Jeff received his bachelor degree in Business Finance from California State University, Long Beach. He holds a California broker license.
